We make each product with immense effort and all products are made on order when you shop them from our website. Hence, we do not accept any returns, in case of receiving a faulty or missing product please bring it to our notice as soon as you receive the product. we will happily exchange and rectify it for you. We do not offer refunds as all the products are made to order.

Cancellation policy  
We know sometimes you change your mind about an outfit overnight. We provide a 24 hour span from the time of confirmation of order to inform us through email or message on our registered contact detail to cancel any order. We will keep the amount in our store credit and you can purchase anything else from that amount.
